2017 Subaru Impreza To Come Out With A Sportier Front Design

Subaru is getting ready to showcase the images and a few details of the 2017 Subaru Impreza only later in October. Before Subaru could reveal the official images about the Subaru Impreza, the spy shots of the car on its test run in California have come out on the internet. The next generation Subaru Impreza prototype spotted was seen to be wearing a decent amount of camouflage.

The spied next generation Subaru Impreza has a lot of resemblances to the 5 door concept teaser sketch released by the company recently. The same wide and lower stance on the sketch seems to be sued in the 2017 Subaru Impreza.

The front and the rear fascias of the next generation Impreza looks to have been updates when compared to its previous model. The front end looks to have a completely different and attractive change. The new design for the 2017 Subaru Impreza is impressive to say the least and should be invited for all the Subaru fans.

The grille looks more prominent and it has got a pentagonal shape, this time round. The swept back headlights add to the glamour of the car. The car’s profile has a wedge like shape. The rear end looks sportier with wrap around taillights that makes the rear of the car look wider.

The latest generation Subaru Impreza will be making its way to the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show to be held this month. This will be the first public appearance the car will be making. The all new Subaru Global Platform will be seen underpinning the next gen Impreza car.

The engine that will be used under the hood will be the 2.0 liter. 4 –cylinder boxer engine. This 2.0 liter could be paired either to a six speed manual transmission gearbox or a CVT system. The Subaru Impreza was seen to be sitting on a wider 17 inch wheels.

The heavy camouflage on the Subaru Impreza covers most of the other changes made to the model when compared to its previous version. There is no doubt that the Impreza model lineup of WRX and WRX STI will be continued for the 2017 model year as well. There is so far no clarity on whether the hybrid version or a plug –in or any other model of Subaru Impreza will be added to its lineup to offer more cars for the Subaru fanatics to choose from.
