The Audi A4 Avant attracted a lot of people during its showing at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The tiny tweaks that the Audi A4 has undergone have made it become lighter than the previous version. But the car looks larger than usual. The car now weighs about 264 pounds lighter than its previous model. The drag coefficient has been sliced down to 0.23.

All the popular A4 stylizing is retained in the 2017 Audi A4 Avant as well and applies from the C pillar forward. It is in the rear end that Audi has got it right this time. It looks so good and nice.

The interiors of the all new 2017 Audi A4 Avant sedan is shared with the likes of the Audi A4 sedan with a new standard partition net at the rear. There is also a motorized cargo cover that leads up to the D pillar when you open the lift gate. The 2017 Audi A4 luxury sedan will be arriving in the U.S. with either gasoline or diesel engine. The diesel Audi A4 will be powered by a 2.0 liter TDi engine that will be the same engine that is present in the hood of the present version of the Audi A4. The gas online engine though gets a tweak in the 2017 Audi A4 sedan. It will be power driven by a 2.0 liter TFSI engine that will come out with new cylinder head. This will help in increasing its power to 252 HP and the torque that the car will offer is 273 pound-feet.

All the 2017 A4 sedans will be offered with seven speed S-tronic dual clutch gearbox. Both the front wheel drive as well as the Quattro concept all wheel drive will be made available in the new 2017 Audi A4. The long roof Audi A4 Avant will not be coming to the U.S.
